What you will do

• Operate and continuously improve the hirify.global technology stack based on Microsoft hyperscaler technologies, ensuring SLA/OLA compliance for core components.
• Own end-to-end responsibility for availability and operations of key hirify.global components, including understanding service architecture and dependencies.
• Perform capacity planning and performance analysis to ensure platform scalability and implement best practices.
• Act as a bridge between business operations, operational partners, and Microsoft to ensure operational and technical optimization proposals flow into cloud core services.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders through transparent communication and proactive problem-solving.
• Track cloud technology trends and identify new opportunities to evolve the platform.

Requirements

• Multi-year experience as a Site Reliability Engineer or in a similar role.
• Experience with monitoring and alerting tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, and Azure Monitor.
• Strong knowledge of Windows Server administration.
• Scripting and query languages: Python, PowerShell, Bash, and Kusto (KQL).
• Infrastructure automation experience with Terraform or Ansible.
• ITIL knowledge and practical application in daily work.

• Deep Azure expertise across Azure platform services.
• Experience assessing critical situations and quickly finding solutions.
