TL;DR

Member of Technical Staff (Product Engineer, Web3): Building agentic payment infrastructure for AI agents transacting on behalf of institutions with an accent on full-stack development, financial state machines, and developer experience. Focus on owning the entire product lifecycle from scoping and API design to production operation without PM handoff.

Location: Must be based in the United States. Note: Mandatory in-person onboarding process required for all new hires.

What you will do

• Build full-stack product features spanning frontend, backend, APIs, and operational workflows.
• Design and implement backend state machines and status models for payment and stablecoin flows.
• Own the full product lifecycle including API design, backend behavior, and documentation.
• Define product specs independently and validate them directly with customers.
• Create integration docs and onboarding examples to enable customer self-service.
• Apply AI-assisted execution habits to accelerate development while maintaining high standards for financial correctness.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in full-stack development.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Ability to complete mandatory in-person onboarding.
• Strong product judgment and ability to simplify ambiguous problems.
• Excellent written communication skills for documentation and design tradeoffs.
• Comfort with financial systems, crypto, or compliance-sensitive products.
