What you will do

• Build a world-leading crypto wallet focusing on delivering best-in-market product experience within the Telegram ecosystem.
• Collaborate with Product Managers and cross-functional teams to clarify requirements and suggest improvements.
• Design and implement cost-efficient, scalable backend solutions.
• Optimize backend performance to meet strict company latency and stability standards.
• Drive the development cycle from initial requirement gathering to final coordination across teams.

Requirements

• Senior-level experience in Python backend development.
• Frontend experience (preferably React) or a strong willingness to learn and contribute to the frontend.
• Product-oriented mindset with the ability to operate autonomously.
• Strong communication skills, empathy, and a desire for continuous improvement.
• English: B1+ proficiency required.
