What you will do

• Acquire and onboard new B2B clients, specifically merchants needing banking or payment solutions.
• Manage the full sales cycle from initial lead generation to closing deals and post-sale support.
• Assist clients with bank account opening and fintech solution integration.
• Collaborate with compliance, operations, and product teams to ensure seamless onboarding.
• Contribute to the development and improvement of internal sales and onboarding processes.

Requirements

• Proven experience in fintech, PSP, EMI, or banking-related sales.
• Strong understanding of KYC/AML procedures and client onboarding workflows.
• Experience in B2B sales involving complex financial products.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment and build processes from scratch.
• Existing network or client base in fintech, payments, or merchant services.
• English and Russian proficiency required.
