What you will do

• Oversee program timelines and maintain material development databases.
• Review moulded parts pre-grain and validate Pre-Grain Approval Sheets.
• Assess AAR parts (wrapped, painted, chrome, MIC) for visual and dimensional compliance.
• Provide visual documentation of quality issues and collaborate with suppliers to resolve them.
• Support on-site root cause analysis at supplier facilities.
• Coordinate with CMF Design and Mastering teams for plaque-to-part scaling.

Requirements

• 8+ years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree or 6 years with a Master's degree.
• Minimum 5 years of automotive industry experience.
• Extensive experience with injection moulding, tooling, and AAR processes.
• Ability to manage multiple parallel-path projects effectively.
• Strong proficiency in MS Office and technical report writing.
• Must be able to work on-site in Metro Detroit, MI.
