What you will do

• Support QA efforts across implementation waves for Workday modules including LMS, Advanced Compensation, People Analytics, and Talent Reviews.
• Design and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and regression suites.
• Validate inbound and outbound integrations using standard Workday connectors and native tools (Workday Studio, EIB, PECI/PICOF).
• Perform end-to-end integration testing, focusing on data mapping, transformation, error handling, and payload accuracy.
• Verify data flows involving external platforms like Snowflake and ETL processes via Informatica.
• Coordinate with functional and technical teams to identify, document, and track defects through resolution.

Requirements

• 3+ years of QA experience, with at least 2 years focused on Workday implementations.
• Hands-on experience testing Workday integrations via Core Connectors and native tools (Studio, EIB).
• Experience validating data flows with external platforms such as Snowflake.
• Familiarity with Informatica for data integration and transformation testing.
• Experience working in Agile, phased, or wave-based implementation environments.
• Must be authorized to work legally in the US without sponsorship, now or in the future.

• Experience testing Workday HCM modules: LMS, Compensation, Talent, Succession Planning, or People Analytics.
