What you will do

• Bring clarity to ambiguous problem spaces by structuring actionable design approaches for complex workflows.

Requirements

• At least 6 years of experience designing digital products with a track record of leading large-scale initiatives.
• Deep fluency in interaction design, product thinking, and systems thinking.
• Proven experience designing shared platforms, internal tools, or enterprise workflows.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design and scalable solutions.
• Exceptional communication and storytelling skills to align and inspire stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree in Design or equivalent combination of education and experience.
