What you will do

• Support daily system administration for Adobe Workfront and ensure platform functionality.
• Gather information on work requests and resource needs to reflect them accurately in project management tools.
• Act as the primary point of contact for system users, providing support and coordinating updates.
• Maintain digital asset organization and metadata standards in collaboration with the librarian team.
• Coordinate budgets and license management for key platforms including FrameIO and MLDNA.
• Support the setup and maintenance of automated workflows to streamline asset creation and approval.

Requirements

• Must have proof of immediate, on-going and valid eligibility to work full time in the UK.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Information Management, or a related discipline.
• Experience with Adobe Workfront or similar project management and workflow tools.
• Familiarity with digital asset management platforms like MLDNA (AEM) or FrameIO.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail regarding metadata and documentation.
• Ability to translate team needs into system requirements and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
