What you will do

• Manage full-cycle Google Ads campaigns including Search, Demand Gen, Performance Max, and Display.
• Optimize bids, budgets, audiences, and creatives to hit performance targets like CAC and ROAS.
• Execute structured A/B tests on ad copy, landing pages, and campaign strategies.
• Track and report on key metrics to align with broader acquisition goals.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to refine funnel strategies and growth opportunities.

Requirements

• Practical experience managing Google Ads campaigns.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data.
• Proficiency in using AI tools for ad copy, research, and analysis.
• English: Intermediate+ level required.
• Structured, detail-oriented approach to campaign management.

Nice to have

• Experience running campaigns for Tier-1 markets, specifically the US.
• Background in mobile apps or subscription-based products, particularly in health, fitness, or wellness.
• Familiarity with analytics and attribution tools like GA4, Firebase, AppsFlyer, or Adjust.
