HR Intern (Web3)

What you will do

• Support recruitment by screening CVs, shortlisting candidates, and coordinating interviews.
• Conduct initial screening interviews with potential candidates.
• Assist with HRIS implementation by collecting, sorting, and cataloguing data for system migration.
• Draft employment certificates and provide administrative support for onboarding.
• Support HR operations, including performance management follow-up.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program (or HES/HEP) in HR, Psychology, Business, or Hospitality Management.
• Must provide an internship agreement (convention de stage) from your institution.
• Must be based in or able to commute to Geneva.
• Strong sense of confidentiality and discretion.
• Very good level of English (written and oral).
