What you will do

  • Manage the full monthly payroll cycle, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timeliness.
  • Handle payroll-related accounting entries and collaborate with Finance for monthly and annual closings.
  • Supervise and validate payroll processes for international entities with local HR partners and providers.
  • Drive automation initiatives and standardize payroll and compensation workflows.
  • Design and maintain salary grids, perform market benchmarking, and manage incentive plans.
  • Prepare headcount and payroll cost reports to provide insights for decision-making.

Requirements

  • Must have 5+ years of experience in payroll, preferably in international or fast-paced environments.
  • Strong knowledge of Swiss payroll and Swiss labor laws & regulations.
  • Experience with payroll systems and HRIS.
  • Solid analytical skills with high attention to detail.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with HR, Finance, and external providers.
