As a People Partner, you’ll support key HR initiatives across the business, working closely with leaders to drive talent development, organizational effectiveness, compensation processes, and employee experience programs.
Responsibilities
— Support strategic HR initiatives including career frameworks, job architecture, assessments, and engagement surveys
— Maintain organizational structures and HR data within internal HRIS systems
— Support performance review cycles, calibration sessions, and talent decisions
— Analyze employee engagement results and help teams implement improvements
— Identify learning needs and support Learning & Development initiatives
— Assist with salary review processes and compensation planning activities
— Participate in workforce planning and hiring for key roles
— Advise managers on people-related topics and organizational practices
— Promote company culture and employee engagement initiatives
Requirements
— 4+ years of HR experience as HRBP, People Partner, HR Manager, or HR Generalist
— Experience supporting organizations with 100+ employees
— Strong understanding of performance management, employee engagement, and workforce planning
— Experience working with HR metrics and translating insights into action
— Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
— Proactive, hands-on, and self-driven approach
— Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
— English proficiency at B2 level or higher
