What you will do

• Perform hands-on exploratory testing and bug triage across Svelte and Go-based web applications.
• Partner with engineers to clarify acceptance criteria and reduce defects early in the development lifecycle.
• Build and maintain an end-to-end test suite using Playwright, prioritizing critical business user flows.
• Define and document testing standards, coverage metrics, and regression prevention strategies.
• Coordinate with DevSecOps to integrate functional tests into the CI/CD pipeline.
• Manage test data responsibly, ensuring compliance when working with healthcare datasets.

Requirements

• 3–6 years of experience in a QA or test engineering role.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Hands-on experience with E2E test automation frameworks like Playwright, Cypress, or Selenium.
• Ability to read code in modern languages to understand feature functionality.
• Solid understanding of HTTP and REST API testing.
• Strong written communication skills for bug reporting and documentation.

Nice to have

• Experience with modern JavaScript frameworks like Svelte, React, or Vue.
• Familiarity with Go for writing basic tests.
• Exposure to healthcare data, HIPAA, or regulated environments.
• Experience with AI-assisted development tools in a QA context.
• Familiarity with GitHub Actions and CI/CD pipeline integration.
