TL;DR
Customer Success Manager (SaaS): Managing relationships with small to mid-sized clients to drive software adoption, retention, and expansion with an accent on strategic account planning and upselling. Location: Hybrid in Groton, CT or Atlanta, GA. Must be eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship.

What you will do
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships throughout the customer lifecycle.
- Promote software adoption and onboarding strategies to ensure customer success.
- Manage a dedicated book of business, including upselling and contract renewals.
- Provide best practices and guidance to clients to help them achieve strategic goals.
- Identify and resolve customer concerns or complaints promptly.
- Prepare renewal sales quotations and respond to requests for proposals.
Requirements
- 0 to 2 years of related experience.
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Must be eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship.
- Proficiency in Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
