What you will do

• Review, verify, and process supplier invoices, ensuring matching with contracted costs and appropriate approvals.
• Maintain supplier records, reconcile statements, and resolve vendor queries.
• Manage employee expense claims, verifying documentation and ensuring accurate coding.
• Perform accounts payable and balance sheet reconciliations and prepare accruals for month-end closing.
• Execute daily multi-currency and multi-entity bank reconciliations and assist with cashflow forecasting and currency hedging.
• Prepare and submit quarterly VAT returns and support group tax compliance.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in accounts payable, accounting, or finance roles.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 – Business Central.
• Strong understanding of accounts payable processes and general accounting principles.
• Proven reconciliation and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize workloads and meet strict financial deadlines.
