What you will do

• Administer methadone as prescribed and ensure strict medication accountability.
• Evaluate and assess new and current patients for treatment appropriateness.
• Collect urine specimens, record results, and monitor physicals and lab work.
• Manage medication shipments and maintain inventories per DEA and company procedures.
• Collaborate with counselors and the treatment team to monitor patient progress.
• Maintain accurate patient dosing records and report medication discrepancies.

Requirements

• Licensed as LPN/LVN or RN in the state of employment.
• CPR and First Aid certified.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Experience in chemical addiction (preferred).
• Proficiency in data entry and basic computing knowledge.
• Knowledge of medical equipment such as centrifuges, breathalyzers, and test strips.
