What you will do

• Ensure adherence to legal and regulatory standards in the Swedish market by researching requirements and creating action plans.
• Liaise with the Swedish Gambling Authority (SGA), Swedish Consumer Agency, and Swedish Police Authority to promote company interests.
• Develop and support regulatory policies by incorporating Swedish market trends and facts.
• Perform risk assessments and internal audits across operational, technical, and support processes.
• Prepare formal responses to investigations and coordinate audits conducted by official bodies.
• Promote a compliance culture throughout the organization through training and communication.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Law or Political Sciences (Law preferred).
• 3–7 years of experience in the gaming industry with strong knowledge of the Swedish regulated market.
• Proficiency in managing regulatory requirements and direct experience interfacing with the SGA.
• Strong analytical, interpersonal, and project management capabilities.
• Fluency in English is required.
• Business-oriented approach to assessing risk and driving compliant outcomes.
