What you will do

• Support partnership efforts with existing and new market infrastructures.
• Drive and advocate for market structure outcomes with key clients and infrastructure providers.
• Identify and execute complex multi-year growth opportunities aligned with market structure developments.
• Lead inorganic growth through minority investments, commercial arrangements, and acquisitions focused on capital markets technologies.
• Maximize value derived from revenue share opportunities and expense savings.
• Deepen client connectivity through market structure engagement and publication of market-leading content.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of professional experience in financial markets or consulting.
• Exposure to capital markets technology.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
• Track record of strategic thinking and managing multiple initiatives simultaneously.
• Strong interpersonal and exceptional communication skills (verbal and written).
• Must be based in New York, NY, United States
