What you will do
- Provide expert technical guidance and support to customers through deployment, integration, and platform operation.
- Deliver compelling Proof of Concepts (POCs), product demonstrations, and architectural recommendations to prospective clients.
- Act as a technical expert for the platform, offering insights into integration and configuration best practices.
- Support high-need clients with managed services and long-term engagements to ensure high satisfaction.
- Collaborate closely with Account Executives and the Customer Experience team to drive platform adoption.
Requirements
- Must be based in London, England or Calgary, Canada.
- Strong experience with graph database technologies, specifically Neo4j and Cypher.
- Demonstrated understanding of IaC principles and Terraform workflows.
- Proficiency in implementing data flows using REST APIs and Apache Kafka.
- Development experience with Python, Javascript, React, or Go.
- Technical expertise in IAM protocols, particularly OAuth 2.0 and AuthZEN.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Nice to have
- Experience developing AI Agents using Python.
- Familiarity with LLM integration patterns like RAG.
- Knowledge of emerging standards like MCP and A2A for multi-agent orchestration.
