What you will do

• Perform and oversee complex installation duties, including rack build-outs, panel terminations, and device testing.
• Coordinate with project managers and design engineers to ensure projects stay within scope and timeframes.
• Manage job schedules and hold technicians and subcontractors accountable for work quality and deadlines.
• Maintain detailed site documentation, including milestones, inventory, redlines, and RFIs via OneNote.
• Mentor junior technicians and set quality standards following DIV28 specifications.
• Conduct onsite decision-making and serve as the primary field liaison for clients and stakeholders.

Requirements

• 3+ years of related experience in site supervision or AV installation.
• Ability to review and interpret BOM lists, programming matrices, and project drawings.
• Hands-on experience with Genetec, Avigilon, Lenel, AMAG, S2, Honeywell, Software House, Bosch, or DMP.
• Proficiency with Teams, Outlook, OneNote, and BlueBeam/Adobe Reader.
• Valid driver's license and a clean criminal record for security clearance.
• Ability to perform physical labor, including climbing ladders and lifting up to 40lbs.
