What you will do

• Oversee cybersecurity projects and service delivery to align with business priorities and timelines.
• Manage security services and external providers, tracking performance via KPIs and SLAs.
• Ensure organizational compliance with GDPR, NIS2, DORA, and national data protection laws.
• Implement and maintain security policies, procedures, and governance frameworks.
• Coordinate audits, assessments, and regulatory reviews, ensuring timely remediation of findings.
• Support risk management by identifying, documenting, and tracking security risks and mitigation plans.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in cybersecurity services or security consulting.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or Engineering.
• Certifications such as CISM, CISA, PMP, or SCRUM.
• English and Spanish: B2 level or higher required.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 27001, ISO 22301, and data protection regulations.
• Must be based in Madrid, Spain for a hybrid work arrangement.
