What you will do
- Manage end-to-end service quality for Digital Operations across the Americas region.
- Design and implement preventive and detective quality controls for digital factory, datacenter, and cloud operations.
- Monitor service quality KPIs and drive corrective and preventive actions to ensure sustained performance.
- Lead regular service quality reviews and QMS internal audits with internal stakeholders.
- Collaborate with operations teams to ensure operational readiness and effective risk mitigation.
- Analyze service incidents to identify root causes and systemic weaknesses.
Requirements
- University degree in Engineering, Quality Management, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
- 5+ years of professional experience in service quality management or QA within digital operations environments.
- Demonstrated experience managing contractual service commitments (SLAs/OLAs) in customer-facing roles.
- Strong knowledge of quality frameworks such as ISO standards, Lean, Six Sigma, or ITIL.
- Expertise in root cause analysis and corrective/preventive action methodologies (CAPA, 8D).
- Proficiency with ServiceNow, Jira, Confluence, and ERP systems (SAP preferred).
Nice to have
- Experience in AI-enhanced quality assurance.
- Experience working in datacenter, cloud, or hybrid service delivery environments.
- Exposure to high-availability, regulated, or security-critical services.
