Senior Infrastructure Engineer (GCP/Kubernetes): Building and optimizing a resilient, secure, production-ready platform to enable safe, self-serve application deployment with an accent on Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) and Kubernetes lifecycle management. What you will do

• Enhance PaaS tooling and improve the maintainability and usability of Infrastructure-as-Code.
• Implement self-service functionality for deploying and operating cloud infrastructure.
• Manage the lifecycle and maintenance of Kubernetes clusters and GCP infrastructure.
• Build and maintain monitoring dashboards and alerting mechanisms using Datadog.
• Design and track site uptime and performance metrics to ensure high visibility.
• Collaborate with Security, Data, and Engineering teams to enhance reliability and recovery processes.

Requirements

• Strong systems administration skills and proficiency with Linux terminals.
• Professional experience in platform engineering or SRE at leading startups or fast-growing tech companies.
• Hands-on experience with GCP, Kubernetes, Postgres, Redis, and Datadog.
• Proven experience working within a regulated industry.
• Experience with JavaScript/TypeScript codebases and frameworks (Node.js, React).
• Unable to offer visas of any kind at this time.
