What you will do

• Design UI for multi-platform projects, simplifying complex user experiences.
• Contribute to the full design lifecycle including sketching, wireframing, and prototyping.
• Partner with UX researchers, engineers, and product managers to build and deliver high-quality designs.
• Champion human-centred and inclusive design practices across the team.
• Validate designs through A/B testing and usability testing to ensure accessibility compliance.
• Utilize and contribute to the internal Digital Design System for consistent product delivery.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to commute to London, UK.
• Strong UI and interaction design skills with a portfolio showcasing web and native app work.
• Proficiency in Figma and modern prototyping tools.
• Experience designing for accessibility (WCAG 2.1 level AA).
• Ability to collaborate effectively with engineering and product teams.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
