What you will do

• Architect and evolve the AI platform, designing scalable infrastructure for model training, deployment, and monitoring.
• Lead GenAI initiatives, building tooling for LLM orchestration, RAG pipelines, and evaluation frameworks.
• Drive MLOps maturity by owning CI/CD for ML models, automated retraining, and drift monitoring.
• Develop and maintain feature stores and data pipelines for low-latency online and offline ML use cases.
• Mentor junior and mid-level engineers through code reviews and architecture discussions.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with data scientists and product managers to translate business requirements into platform capabilities.

Requirements

• 8+ years of software engineering experience, with 3+ years focused on ML/AI platform or MLOps engineering.
• Strong proficiency in Python and/or Java and experience operating production AI systems.
• Hands-on AWS expertise (Bedrock, SageMaker, EKS, S3) and proficiency with Kubernetes and Terraform.
• Practical experience with ML orchestration tools such as MLflow, Kubeflow, or Airflow.
• Working knowledge of LLM integration patterns, including RAG, function calling, and prompt engineering.
• Demonstrated experience designing agentic systems and multi-agent orchestration frameworks (e.g., LangGraph, AutoGen).

Nice to have

• Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or an equivalent field.
• Familiarity with specific feature stores like Feast or Tecton.
