What you will do

• Define and own the product strategy and vision to position the company as a global infrastructure layer in the healthcare market.
• Drive the AI and data strategy, embedding machine learning, NLP, and LLMs into patient identification and trial matching workflows.
• Design and implement a product operating model optimized for velocity, focusing on short cycles, fast decisions, and high deployment frequency (CI/CD).
• Scale a cloud-native platform using Kubernetes and Terraform while ensuring strict compliance with GDPR and US health data regulations.
• Act as a strategic product and technology representative for the Supervisory Board and BioPharma clients.

Requirements

• Proven executive leadership experience as CPTO, CPO, or CTO within high-growth HealthTech, life sciences, or SaaS.
• Hands-on experience scaling AI-powered products and working with complex data landscapes.
• Technical proficiency in Python, FastAPI, AWS, and Knowledge Graphs (Neo4j/Memgraph).
• Experience navigating regulated sectors and healthcare data standards (HL7, FHIR).
• Must be based within commuting distance of Amsterdam.
