What you will do

• Design and implement end-to-end data pipelines covering ingestion, transformation, quality, and delivery.
• Build and maintain data infrastructure components, including streaming pipelines, APIs, and catalogs.
• Implement robust data quality frameworks, monitoring, and alerting systems at scale.
• Optimize data workflows for cost, performance, and reliability across multiple datasets.
• Mentor junior team members on data engineering best practices and tooling.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product and engineering stakeholders to ensure AI solves the right business problems.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in data science and AI.
• Strong ability to build and maintain data infrastructure and scalable pipelines.
• Capability to balance cutting-edge AI techniques with simple, scalable production solutions.
• Excellent communication skills for adapting technical messages to different audiences.
• Legal right to work in Spain or Germany.
