What you will do

• Develop creative concepts and execute video shoots for YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and Xiaohongshu.
• Operate professional camera, lighting, and audio equipment to capture high-quality footage.
• Edit video content with a focus on pacing, color grading, sound design, and basic motion graphics.
• Collaborate with Creative and Marketing teams to ensure brand consistency across all platforms.
• Manage the end-to-end production process, including media archiving and technical troubleshooting.
• Research and implement new video trends and social media formats to improve engagement.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United Kingdom to support a hybrid work model in London.
• 1–3 years of professional experience in videography and video editing (agency or in-house).
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Audition).
• Strong portfolio or showreel demonstrating diverse storytelling approaches.
• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Film, Multimedia, Communications, or related fields.
• Expertise in camera operations, lighting techniques, and audio recording.
