What you will do

• Own the full video production lifecycle, from concept and filming through editing and final delivery.
• Capture and document live events and produce next-day event recap videos.
• Operate camera, manage lighting, and capture professional audio in both studio and live environments.
• Edit videos with attention to pacing, sound design, color, and overall visual polish.
• Produce customer interviews and customer success story videos aligned with brand guidelines.
• Manage hirify.global’s YouTube channel and track video performance metrics to improve future content and strategy.

Requirements

• 8+ years of professional video production experience in an agency, studio, media company, or in-house marketing/brand team.
• Expert proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and the Adobe Creative Suite.
• Experience using AI-powered video tools (e.g., Runway, Pika, Stable Video, ElevenLabs or similar) to enhance production workflows.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality video storytelling and production craft.
• Ability to work efficiently under tight timelines and manage multiple concurrent video projects.
• Comfort working directly with senior executives and high-level customers during interviews and live productions.
