What you will do

• Design and animate performance-driven video creatives for Meta, TikTok, Google, AppLovin, and Snapchat.
• Collaborate with Creative Producers and UA teams to develop and test hypotheses.
• Create multiple variations of winning concepts, optimizing hooks, lengths, and aspect ratios.
• Edit UGC, stock footage, and app gameplay into polished on-brand videos.
• Integrate AI-powered tools for image/video generation and voice synthesis.
• Maintain high production cadence while ensuring visual consistency across multiple creatives per week.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in motion design, specifically for performance/UA creatives.
• Expert proficiency in After Effects and Premiere Pro.
• Proven track record of creating successful performance marketing video ads (portfolio required).
• Deep understanding of performance metrics like hooks, pacing, and CTAs.
• English: B2 (Upper-Intermediate) or higher.
• Basic sound design and mixing skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with AI tools such as Runway, Sora, Midjourney, ElevenLabs, and others.
• Proficiency in Illustrator and Figma for static asset creation.
• Background in producing storytelling or UGC-style ad creatives.
