Salary: $115,000 – $135,000 per year

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end motion design projects, including product videos, explainers, launch campaigns, and event visuals.
• Own pre-production processes, from initial ideation and concept development to detailed storyboarding.
• Translate complex technical B2B SaaS concepts into clear and engaging visual stories for broad audiences.
• Build and evolve a scalable motion design system, including core principles and reusable templates.
• Deliver optimized motion assets for web, managing file formats, compression, and developer handoff.
• Integrate modern AI tools like Runway, Adobe Firefly Video, and Pika into production workflows.

Requirements

• 6–8+ years of experience in motion design within an agency or in-house B2B SaaS environment.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Expert-level proficiency in After Effects and Premiere Pro.
• Solid working knowledge of Figma for design collaboration.
• Proven ability to develop motion design systems or brand motion languages.
• Experience with pre-production skills, specifically conceptualization and storyboarding.

Nice to have

• Experience with presentation design in Google Slides.
• Experience creating large-scale event visuals.
• Prior experience specifically in B2B SaaS environments.
