What you will do

• Provide exceptional support to Online Savings and Agribusiness clients across Australia and New Zealand.
• Manage customer interactions via phone calls and email communications.
• Take ownership of customer requests to achieve first-call resolution.
• Collaborate with team members within a professional and friendly office culture.
• Operate on a rotating roster (9am-6pm AEST / 8am-5pm AEDT) with no weekend or graveyard shifts.
