Digital Account Manager (Digital Marketing)

What you will do

• Act as a global subject-matter expert responsible for coordinating digital activities and projects in selected key countries.
• Serve as the primary point of contact to drive cooperation between global, regional, and local digital teams.
• Plan, execute, and evaluate digital activities ensuring compliance with global guidelines and local requirements.
• Manage and take ownership of complex cross-team and cross-country digital projects.
• Monitor the adoption and performance of digital properties to optimize conversion rates.
• Oversee corporate website and e-commerce functionalities, including technical specification and acceptance testing.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Digital Marketing/Operations management or a similar role.
• Master's degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, or equivalent professional experience.
• Strong ability to bridge business requirements with technical capabilities.
• Proven project management skills with a focus on partnership and outcome-driven execution.
• Experience with system administration of marketing/sales ops and digital workflows.
• Deep understanding of A/B testing, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and e-commerce solutions.
