What you will do

• Measure the adoption, impact, and cost of AI capabilities to guide investment decisions.
• Define and track KPIs for technology domains and tools to evaluate product effectiveness.
• Monitor internal system health to proactively identify and resolve operational gaps.
• Develop dashboards and reports for leadership to enable data-driven decision-making.
• Collaborate with product teams pre-launch to define and align on success metrics.
• Utilize AI tools to optimize and accelerate personal analytical workflows.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in data analysis, preferably in SaaS or tech startups.
• High-level proficiency in SQL.
• Proven experience in designing data models and building self-serve dashboards.
• Fluent English (written and verbal) for working effectively in a global business environment.
• Strong communication skills for stakeholder management and a high degree of independence.

Nice to have

• Experience with AI tools (Cursor, Claude Code) and building AI agents for daily workflows.
• Experience measuring AI adoption, impact, and AI FinOps.
