What you will do

• Define and measure KPIs for GTM groups (Marketing, Sales, Partners) to track performance and support strategic initiatives
• Build reports, dashboards, and metrics delivering actionable insights
• Serve as analytics focal point, collaborating with cross-functional teams
• Identify and automate manual processes to enhance efficiency and scalability
• Work with senior leadership to provide insights driving business units

Requirements

• Strong analytical skills turning data into strategic insights
• Experience with BI tools like Tableau (we use Tableau)
• Proficiency in SQL
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
• High independence, self-motivation, ability to manage priorities in fast-paced environment
• Minimum 4+ years as Business/Data Analyst or similar
• BA/BSc in Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, or related

Nice to have

• Experience with Salesforce
• Data modeling and building scalable data models
• Experience with NetSuite
