What you will do

  • Design and update a capability framework and learning journeys aligned with a dual-model approach (Account Acquisition & Penetration).
  • Develop comprehensive learning content, including e-learning modules, lectures, and role-play sessions.
  • Conduct field-based OJT coaching and manage a certification program based on competency standards for KAMs.
  • Train staff on creating decision-maker maps and updating clinical protocols within medical institutions.
  • Standardize the execution of remote detailing and Veeva/CRM activities to improve data-driven targeting.
  • Measure training effectiveness and visualize correlations with penetration-related KPIs for continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (Master's in Education, Business, or HR preferred).
  • Must be based in Tokyo, Japan.
  • MR Certification and a standard driver's license.
  • 5+ years of experience in sales training, competency development, or KAM coaching.
  • Experience in instructional design, facilitation, and providing constructive feedback.
  • Proven track record in account planning and consensus building with diverse healthcare professionals.

Nice to have

  • Experience implementing KAM/sales capabilities specifically within the healthcare industry.
  • Pebble Management experience.
  • Practical support experience in university hospitals and major hospitals.
