• Audit KPIs to benchmark performance and ensure fair compensation structures.
• Generate weekly, quarterly, and annual performance reports with actionable insights.
• Manage and align team budgets with personnel and departmental growth strategies.

Requirements

• Experience in business operations, people strategy, or organizational management.
• Background in Tech, Financial Services, or Web3.
• Strong analytical skills for KPI tracking, budgeting, and process optimization.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving abilities.
