What you will do
- Design and build data analytics systems, dashboards, and AI-enabled tools or agents for sourcing, supply chain, and operational problems.
- Prototype and deploy new systems and workflows at the edge of existing infrastructure, refining them against real business needs.
- Learn supply chain processes quickly and identify opportunities to remove friction through data, AI, and automation.
- Evaluate transformation initiatives for feasibility, data readiness, ROI, risk, and practical value.
- Develop clear business cases and communicate recommendations to technical stakeholders, non-technical stakeholders, and senior leadership.
- Support sourcing decisions involving component risk, contract manufacturers, cost modeling, demand-capacity matching, supplier readiness, and performance.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience building analytics or automation solutions rather than only querying or reporting on data.
- Proficiency with SQL, Python or a similar language, and modern AI/LLM tooling.
- Experience taking ambiguous problems from initial definition to a working prototype or solution with minimal supervision.
- Strong analytical rigor, including the ability to assess business cases and challenge weak assumptions.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, including confident presentations to senior stakeholders.
- Strong learning agility, ownership, independence, and ability to build end-to-end.
Nice to have
- Exposure to supply chain, manufacturing, or operations environments.
- Experience with cloud data platforms or workflow automation tools.
- Experience building and shipping AI agents or copilots for internal business use cases.
