What you will do

• Serve as the primary senior security representative in CISO-to-CISO discussions and board-level briefings.
• Lead client discussions on security governance, risk management, and regulatory compliance including SOC 2, ISO 27001, DORA, and GDPR.
• Support the sales cycle through security deep-dives and due diligence for strategic enterprise deals.
• Partner with Account Management to strengthen security trust during client renewals and expansions.
• Provide strategic input to internal Product and Security teams based on client expectations and market trends.
• Collaborate with Marketing to develop security whitepapers and thought leadership content.

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in information security, cyber risk, or security governance.
• At least 5 years in a client-facing, advisory, or field-level security role.
• Proven experience engaging with CISOs and CROs at large financial institutions.
• Deep knowledge of SOC 2, ISO 27001, NIST CSF, PCI DSS, DORA, and GDPR.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field.
• Must be based in New York, NY.

Nice to have

• CISSP, CISM, or CRISC certifications.
• Previous experience as a CISO, Deputy CISO, or Head of Security.
• Familiarity with cloud security posture (AWS, Azure, GCP) at a governance level.
• Public speaking or published thought leadership experience.
