What you will do
- Build and support products, research, or infrastructure in Web3, DeFi, or L1/L2 ecosystems.
- Conduct research in protocol design, ZK systems, applied cryptography, and MEV.
- Collaborate across distributed, asynchronous teams to shape the future of decentralized networks.
- Contribute to open-source projects within the Ethereum ecosystem.
- Implement governance mechanisms and tokenomic designs.
Requirements
- Background in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Cryptography, Finance, or AI/ML.
- Hands-on experience building in Web3, DeFi, or Layer 1/L2 ecosystems.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for distributed, async collaboration.
- Proactive mindset with the ability to take ownership in ambiguous environments.
- Passion for Ethereum and open-source software.
Nice to have
- Contributions to Ethereum-related open-source projects.
- Knowledge of Ethereum protocol internals, smart contract security, or rollups.
- Experience in AI/ML research applied to the crypto space.
- Participation in Web3/AI hackathons or research competitions.
- Experience in technical project management or systems design.
