What you will do

• Design, develop, test, and maintain features within the hirify.global Studio IDE.
• Collaborate with product managers and designers to deliver high-quality product experiences.
• Build scalable, reliable, secure, and maintainable software components.
• Identify bottlenecks, bugs, and technical improvements, and implement effective solutions.
• Contribute to technical design, feature planning, and engineering best practices.
• Write clean, well-tested, high-quality C#/.NET code.

Requirements

• 4+ years of software engineering experience with strong hands-on expertise in C# and .NET.
• Strong understanding of object-oriented programming, design patterns, and clean code principles.
• Good knowledge of multithreading, synchronization, asynchronous programming, data structures, and algorithms.
• Experience across the full software development lifecycle.
• Ability to build well-tested, production-ready software.

Nice to have

• Experience with desktop application development and UI technologies such as XAML/WPF.
• Azure or other cloud experience.
• Interest in developer tools, IDEs, automation platforms, or productivity software.
