What you will do

• Design, build, and operate security services and backend systems at scale.
• Automate repetitive manual tasks to increase operational efficiency.
• Ensure stable and efficient operation of services across 60,000+ agents.
• Support the rollout, configuration, and maintenance of security services.
• Test, validate, and safely deploy changes to production environments.
• Create and maintain technical documentation for knowledge sharing.

Requirements

• Degree or vocational training in Computer Science (University, HF, FH, or EFZ).
• Professional experience in a DevOps or Systems Engineering role.
• Strong automation-first mindset with solid scripting experience.
• Hands-on experience with Ansible, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Solid understanding of both Windows and Linux environments.
• Very good proficiency in English and German.

Nice to have

• Experience with Azure services.
• Knowledge of monitoring, testing, and operational observability.
