Senior DevOps Engineer MRP (Cybersecurity): Building and operating enterprise security services from agents, backend systems, and automation tooling with an accent on scalable integration across Windows and Linux environments. Focus on automating repetitive operations, safely deploying production changes, and maintaining reliable security services across more than 60,000 agents.
Location: Switzerland, with the option to work from a office or a home office. Homebase: Zurich, Switzerland.

What you will do
- Design, build, and operate security services and backend systems.
- Automate processes and replace manual, repetitive tasks with scalable solutions.
- Ensure the stable and efficient operation of services across large-scale environments.
- Support the rollout, configuration, maintenance, testing, and validation of security services.
- Safely deploy changes to production and document solutions for maintainability and knowledge sharing.
Requirements
- Completed vocational training or higher education in Computer Science, such as EFZ, HF, FH, or university education.
- Professional experience in DevOps, systems engineering, or a comparable technical role.
- Strong automation-first mindset with solid scripting experience.
- Hands-on experience with Ansible, CI/CD pipelines, Git, or comparable configuration and automation tools.
- Solid understanding of Windows and Linux environments, plus knowledge of monitoring, testing, and operational observability.
- Very good German and English; experience with Azure services or strong motivation to develop Azure skills.
