TL;DR
DevOps Engineer (AWS/Terraform): Owning and scaling AWS infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and observability for cloud services supporting autonomous fleet management and flight telemetry, with an accent on reliability, security, and cost efficiency. Focus on automating deployments, maintaining SOC2 compliance, analyzing service performance, and securing public and private access endpoints.

What you will do
- Maintain, migrate, and scale AWS infrastructure across EC2, ECS, ECR, RDS, IAM, and data storage using Terraform.
- Build and optimize CI/CD pipelines with GoCD and GitHub Actions for Node, Python, Rust, and C++ services.
- Manage Docker images and ECS orchestration across development and production environments.
- Implement monitoring, metrics, logs, and alerts with Datadog while analyzing traffic patterns proactively.
- Maintain SOC2 infrastructure compliance and improve security across public and private endpoints.
- Optimize AWS usage and costs while maintaining performance and reliability.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in DevOps or SRE.
- Strong proficiency with AWS core services, including EC2, ECS, ECR, RDS, and IAM.
- Production experience with Terraform and infrastructure as code.
- Solid experience with Docker and container orchestration.
- Professional experience building or maintaining CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience with monitoring tools such as Datadog, New Relic, or Prometheus.
Nice to have
- Experience with GoCD and GitHub Actions.
- Experience working in a polyglot environment with Node.js, Python, C++, or Rust.
- Postgres database administration with Prisma or another ORM.
- Experience with SOC2 infrastructure compliance requirements.
