TL;DR

Location: Remote (Must be based in the US; Time zones: PST or EST)

Salary: $105,000–$115,000

What you will do

  • Own frontline Security & IT support, triaging and resolving requests via internal support channels and ticketing systems.
  • Manage the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding and offboarding across all corporate accounts, devices, and tools.
  • Provide primary support for identity and access management, including SSO, MFA, and various SaaS-based business applications.
  • Troubleshoot endpoint and client-side software issues to ensure corporate security controls remain in place.
  • Coordinate technical escalations to engineering and vendors, tracking issues through to closure.
  • Analyze recurring request patterns to optimize workflows and reduce operational toil.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in technical support, helpdesk, or IT operations meeting SLAs in a dynamic environment.
  • Strong understanding of IAM fundamentals such as SSO, MFA, and role-based access control (RBAC).
  • Experience supporting users in a cloud/SaaS-heavy workplace environment.
  • Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Must be based in the United States (PST or EST time zones).

Nice to have

  • Knowledge of compliance frameworks such as SOC2 or ISO 27001.
  • Foundational networking knowledge, including TCP/IP, VPNs, and firewalls.
  • Interest in reducing manual work through lightweight automation and better templates.
