TL;DR

Salary: $155,500 – $246,960 USD

What you will do

  • Own the development of executable solution architectures for strategic pursuits, coordinating between BD, Engineering, and Program Management.
  • Translate ambiguous customer needs and operational problems into compelling technical approaches aligned with evaluation criteria.
  • Support RFx responses, pitch decks, and technical customer briefings.
  • Partner with leadership on pricing strategy, Basis of Estimate (BOE) development, and price-to-win alignment.
  • Serve as a trusted technical advisor during early customer and partner engagements.
  • Lead internal process improvements to eliminate cross-functional operational roadblocks.

Requirements

  • U.S. citizen eligible and willing to obtain a Secret or Top Secret security clearance.
  • Ability to lawfully access information and technology subject to US export controls.
  • 8+ years of experience in engineering, manufacturing, technical program management, or government acquisition.
  • Strong systems-level thinking with the ability to balance cost, schedule, and technical risk.
  • Familiarity with DoD acquisition processes and federal procurement cycles.
  • Exceptional communication skills for translating complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Nice to have

  • Experience in startups or non-traditional defense technology contractors.
  • Background supporting U.S. Government or aerospace and defense customers.
  • Familiarity with digital engineering, autonomy, or advanced manufacturing workflows.
  • Experience with FAR Part 12, FAR Part 15, and Other Transaction Authorities (OTAs).
