What you will do

• Lead the Factory Quality Engineering team to ensure components and processes align with the product development roadmap.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders and suppliers to optimize manufacturing throughput and reliability.
• Manage Discrepant Material Reviews (DMRs) to contain nonconforming parts and provide proactive alerts.
• Coordinate NPI builds and qualification activities to ensure ramp readiness for new products.
• Drive product and process improvements to increase margins and enhance stability.
• Implement supplier corrective and preventive actions using CAPA/8D and OSB processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Materials Engineering, or Engineering Management.
• 10+ years of experience in new product launch and high-volume manufacturing, specifically within HDD or related environments.
• Six Sigma certification and proficiency with statistical tools.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 quality management systems.
• Demonstrated leadership capability in managing cross-functional teams.
• Must be located in or able to work onsite in Woodlands, Singapore
