What you will do

• Lead global tax activities including provisioning, transfer pricing, and direct/indirect tax compliance.
• Prepare and review tax schedules for quarterly and annual financial reporting and SEC disclosures.
• Manage external tax advisors and auditors across international subsidiaries to ensure accurate filings.
• Execute month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes, including reconciliations and accounting workpapers.
• Support statutory and tax audits across global jurisdictions.
• Collaborate with FP&A and Legal to strengthen compliance and enhance internal controls.

Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience in global tax, provision, compliance, and transfer pricing.
• Deep understanding of US GAAP tax accounting (ASC 740, FIN 48) and financial reporting requirements.
• Proven ability to manage external advisors and coordinate work across multiple jurisdictions.
• High attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, publicly traded or complex environment.
