What you will do

• Supervise show producers and creative leads to ensure high production quality across all deliverables.
• Develop original show concepts, pilots, and formats in sports, lifestyle, and culture categories.
• Scout and cultivate host talent with strong online community connections and charismatic presence.
• Collaborate with talent management, marketing, and sales teams to align programming with company goals.
• Provide production oversight, including scripting, creative feedback, and troubleshooting technical challenges.
• Guide creative strategy for launches based on platform-specific algorithms (YouTube, Reels, etc.).

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in digital content development, production, or showrunning.
• Proven track record of launching successful shows on YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, or podcast networks.
• Experience working with influencers or talent management to build scalable IP.
• Technical fluency in video production, including lighting, set design, and post-production.
• Deep familiarity with the podcast landscape and visual-first digital formats.
