Senior Product Designer (iGaming)

TL;DR

Senior Product Designer (iGaming): Lead end-to-end product design from research and discovery to final implementation with an accent on user research, scalable UX/UI solutions, and data-driven improvements. Focus on designing complex user flows and defending design decisions using both user insights and business KPIs.

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end design processes from research and discovery through implementation.
• Conduct user research, competitor analysis, usability testing, and validation.
• Design user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity interfaces.
• Translate business requirements into user-centered experiences and scalable UX/UI solutions.
• Analyze user behavior, product metrics, and business KPIs to improve product performance.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Business Analysts, QA, and Developers; present and defend design decisions; mentor other designers.

Requirements

• 4+ years of product design experience, preferably in a Senior Product Designer role.
• 1+ year of experience in the iGaming/Gambling domain.
• Strong portfolio showing product thinking, UX expertise, and complex product solutions.
• Experience with B2B and/or B2C digital products.
• Strong UX/UI and interaction design skills, including information architecture and usability principles.
• Russian: fluent; English: Intermediate+ (ability to communicate with international teams and documentation).
