What you will do

• Define and execute the long-term vision and roadmap for the bank's AI security tools and platforms.
• Translate complex AI security requirements into functional user stories and maintain a prioritized product backlog.
• Lead cross-functional engineering and data science squads through Agile sprints.
• Coordinate with senior business leaders, risk officers, and technical leads to align product features with commercial goals.
• Drive the internal onboarding and adoption of AI security products across the bank's development and data science teams.
• Mentor and develop future leaders through coaching, feedback, and fostering a culture of resilience.

Requirements

• Minimum of 6 years in technical product management or delivery lead roles focusing on cybersecurity, data platforms, or AI/ML tools.
• Practical experience operating within a regulated banking environment.
• Prior experience in a client-facing professional services or consultancy capacity.
• Documented experience shipping software alongside security engineers, data scientists, and enterprise architects.
• Foundational understanding of securing AI pipelines, LLMs, and cloud data environments.
• Mastery of Agile, Scrum, or Kanban methodologies, including Jira or Azure DevOps.

Nice to have

• Agile/Scrum certifications (e.g., CSPO, PMI-ACP, SAFe POPM) or security/cloud credentials.
• Conceptual understanding of MLOps pipelines, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure).
• Understanding of Zero Trust and defense-in-depth principles as they apply to data and model architectures.
